Vimbodí i Poblet

Lies at the food of the Prades mountains and in the heart of the Poblet Natural Park.

Vimbodí i Poblet is of course renowned for the monastery of Poblet, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, but the hiking in Poblet Natural Park is as good as you'll get anywhere. Poblet Natural Park is an special protected area where, among other natural values, the only oak community (Quercus pyrenaica) in Catalonia is located. It’s possible to get out on foot and enjoy from the most challenging mountain routes to leisurely strolls in a natural environment where the vineyard is the protagonist in the flat area.
