Consell Comarcal de la Conca de Barberà Carrer Sant Josep, 18 43400 Montblanc Tel: 977 861 232 Fax: 977 862 424
The following documentation must be submitted to County Hall, correctly completed: n Letter of application n Filming application form NOTES Permits -- Permits are issued by the municipality/ies concerned. -- To shoot on private property, or where other users are affected, permission must be obtained from the owners or administrators. -- In cases where a shoot will affect public roads, producers must contact the Servei Català de Trànsit to request their closure to traffic. Without this permission, vehicular and pedestrian access MUST NOT be restricted. Tariffs -- Filming tariffs vary, being set according to the ordinances of the respective municipal councils. How long does it take? -- For a simple filming or photography permit, allow a minimum of four working days from the date of application. -- For a complex permit, allow a minimum of eight working days from the date of application. This is required in the case of road closures, parking access, police presence, the construction of sets and other environmental modifications. All filming in the historic town centre also requires this permit. The correct presentation of an application DOES NOT automatically guarantee its authorisation. If your application is rejected, however, you have the right to a written explanation. Further information Producers are required to demonstrate the existence of a valid insurance policy, including third party risk cover. The production company accepts responsibility for the maintenance of locations and, in the case of damage to road surfaces and/or other elements, will undertake their rectification. All locations must be left clean and free of litter. Shooting times Standard shooting times are from 8am to 10pm. Permission to shoot at other times is subject to prior agreement. Limits on vehicle parking are set according to the ordinances of the respective municipal councils. Consult the Consell Comarcal (County Hall) about any further documentation you feel may be necessary to ensure that a shoot complies with legal requirements and municipal ordinances. |
