How to get to the Conca de Barberà

The Conca de Barberà county, with Montblanc as its capital, is located at the crossroads between Lleida and Tarragona. It’s easy to get to, being well-connected by various means of transport.

By car
 
Coming from Barcelona:
 
Take the AP-7 Motorway towards Lleida/Zarragosa, and then switch to the AP-2 (both are toll routes).  Exit 9 is signed Montblanc/L’Espluga de Francolí.
 
Alternatively, take the toll-free A-2 Motorway until Exit 532, signed Montmaneu/Sant Guim de Freixenet/Santa Coloma de Queralt. Head for Santa Coloma, then take the C-241 to Montblanc.
 
Coming from Girona:
 
Take the AP-7 Motorway towards Lleida/Zaragoza, and then switch to the AP-2 (both are toll routes). Exit 9 is signed Montblanc/L’Espluga de Francolí.
 
Coming from Lleida:
 
Take the AP-2 Motorway (with tolls) towards Tarragona. Exit 9 is signed Montblanc/L’Espluga de Francolí.
 
Alternatively, take the toll-free N-240 A-road towards Tarragona and exit when Montblanc is signed.
 
Coming from Tarragona:
 
Take the toll-free N-240 A-road towards Lleida and exit when Montblanc is signed.
 
Alternatively, take the T-11 expressway towards Reus and exit when Montblanc is signed, following the C-14 to get there.
 
By train
